Nose : rich and spicy, the first nose fully expresses sherry and tobacco with a slight smoky impression. It then becomes fruitier and more pastry-like, with notes of orange cake, apricots, dates and almonds against a chocolate background. With dilution, vegetal notes (hay, peppermint) become more present in the glass.

Palate : soft and oily. It is marked by wax and precious wood. Fine and syrupy at the same time, it evolves on toffee and caramel, orangette and candied fruit.
