The Ceder's range is elaborated from meticulously selected and dosed aromatic plants. We find aromatic plants used in gin, such as juniper berry, but also rarer plants such as Rooibos or Buchu which come from the Cederberg mountain region in South Africa - which inspired the name Ceder's. The aroma of the plants is extracted by distillation or maceration (depending on the plant) and then meticulously dosed according to the Ceder's recipe.
