Dedicated to Dayanand "Yunkoo" Balloon, who worked at the distillery for 10 years, this 6-barrel small batch was selected on 12 April 2019 by Luca Gargano accompanied by 26 unconditional Caroni lovers. With a share of the angels reaching 80%, this version invites us to an all-out battle between, on the one hand, the hydrocarbon notes that have made the reputation of this spectacular, inspired and moving rum and, on the other, fruity and floral tones of rare intensity. Worthy of a Shakespearean play, the three acts of the tasting are packed with sequences, each more powerful than the last, giving the aromatic and taste palette a timeless dimension.
