Bunnahabhain is the most northerly distillery on Islay and is known for its unpeated, sherry cask finished single malts. With its beautifully harmonious character, this limited edition is a quintessential Bunnahabhain style.

The Canasta casks have a very classic style, with a balance of Oloroso sherry and sherry. Oloroso, which imparts spicy flavours, and Pedro Ximenez adds notes of complexity, richness and sweetness.

Nose : Notes of sherry, sweet and caramelised fruits. Nuts, honey and cinnamon. Cloves.

Palate : Maple syrup, creamy vanilla, dried figs, cocoa, pear, orange zest.

Overall : Long and sweet, brown sugar, apple, custard.
