Black cane is part of Bologne's DNA. It is no longer a secret that Bologne is the last distillery to have favored this ancient variety of cane, forgotten by distillers because of its low yield. The cuvée Old Black Cane, the first cuvée of single variety old rum, much awaited by the amateurs has been aged for three to six years in French oak barrels ex-cognac. Thanks to his know-how, our cellar master was able to elegantly decline several characteristics specific to Bologne, and to sublimate them in an exceptional cuvée.
