Nose : rich, heady. Boasting huge complexity, the initial nose reveals apricot, praline and exotic fruits_x000D_<br>(mango, persimmon). Increasingly refined, it develops into a floral register (geranium, rosewood)_x000D_<br>before citrus fruit (pink grapefruit, lemon) gradually takes centre-stage. The citrus fruit then_x000D_<br>gradually gives way to more liquorice and chocolate tones. A moment of pure flavour and energy, the_x000D_<br>aromatic palette continually forges ahead._x000D_<br>_x000D_

Palate : full-bodied and creamy. The attack is particularly floral (lilac, peony), with an extremely_x000D_<br>delicate texture. Then, quick as a flash, its spices, rose petal notes and Turkish delight transport us to_x000D_<br>the Orient. The mid-palate picks up all of the chocolate (cocoa bean) and liquorice found on the nose,_x000D_<br>adding to it a handful of spice (cumin, turmeric, clove). Bright and sunny, the end of the palate is_x000D_<br>refreshed with incredibly juicy notes of melon and orange._x000D_

Overall : with huge richness, the finish becomes even more concentrated. Iris concentrate appears_x000D_<br>alongside whole chunks of black liquorice, dried fruit (fig, date) and noble spices (cardamom, candied_x000D_<br>ginger). The oily retro-nasal olfaction is marked by notes of walnut and hot tar. Staying in unison with_x000D_<br>the nose and the palate, the empty glass is rich and heady, whilst restoring a remarkable fruity_x000D_<br>freshness (orange, quince)._x000D_
