The Ben Nevis distillery is located at the foot of the mountain of the same name in the western Highlands. It was one of the first distilleries to produce both grain and malt whisky. Slightly oily, honey, heather, chocolate and liquorice aptly describe the profile of this young Highlander. Long finish with hints of raisins and wood smoke.
