BAPBAP Septante-Neuf BIO Unitaire

With Septante-Neuf BIO, BAPBAP takes on the essential Triple Belgian Ale style, reinterpreted with character and finesse by our Parisian brewers. The organic Pils and Ile-de-France malt base, which brings lovely notes of honeyed cereals and fresh bread, is accompanied by delicately herbaceous hops (Ariana and Fuggles) for a moderate bitterness. But the key element, of course, is the abbey yeast and its delicate clove and nutmeg esters, which give so much depth to such a seemingly simple recipe. A great classic for lovers of strong (7.9%), generous beers.

Pair with: gratin dauphinois with nutmeg.
