Nose : oscille entre minéralité et gourmandise. Les premières notes de pralines et de galettes bretonnes au beurre laissent entrevoir un tempérament beaucoup plus affirmé. Sous-jacentes, les notes de fruits exotiques (passion) et d’agrumes (citron) ouvrent le champ à un fumé à la fois médicinal (camphre, eucalyptus) et chaleureux (feu de bois).

Overall : omniprésent, son caractère épicé prend le relais sur le poivre et la cardamome. Elle se fait plus gourmande sur des notes de chêne et s’achève en apothéose sur une touche de violette, d’herbes séchées et de feu de cheminée.
