Produced from a LROK rum from the Hampden distillery flavoured with coffee, candied orange and orange zest, Arhumatic Jamaïque gives equal voice to each ingredient, achieving near-perfect equilibrium in its flavours and aromas. Notes of cane sugar, citrus fruit and coffee therefore take turns to authoritatively and irreversibly influence the tasting.
Clémence and Thierry Ogez live and work together, and have been market gardeners for 13 years, during which time they have continually developed their passion for fruit. They know everything there is to know about its different origins, varieties, seasons, maturity, storage temperatures and flavour qualities. Drawing on this expertise, in 2014 they founded Arhumatic, which produces punches made with the finest rums and outstanding combinations of fruit and spices chosen specially for their rare quality. Like Michelin star chefs, they take the utmost care over choosing each ingredient, the balance of the final product and the aesthetic appeal of their creations.
