VO Gin Version Originelle

Version Originelle gin is a federative French craft gin that returns to the origins of London Dry Gin: the bitterness of juniper berries, the freshness of citrus fruits (orange & lemon), and the assertive character of spices (ginger) and botanicals (cranberry or licorice). This gin is made from a three-week maceration of juniper berries, citrus fruits and spices in neutral alcohol. After distillation, it is reduced to 40° using Steige spring water, naturally filtered by the Vosges schist, and then cold-filtered to complete the process. Version Originelle gin reveals intense citrus notes on the nose, giving way to the bitterness of juniper berries on the palate, perfectly balanced by the freshness of citrus mixed with hints of licorice.
