This Expression Brut de Fût Batch 3 at 61.8% has the same intensity as the previous one and is as harmonious as ever.
First aged in new French oak barrels, then in ex-Cognac barrels to give it roundness and harmony, L'Expression Brut de fût is bottled at natural alcohol content and without cold filtration to preserve its colour, taste and aromas. The heady nose is marked by candied orange, fresh cane and lime-blossom honey. Beautifully woody, the palate then unfolds the full aromatic range of this warm rum, rich in nuances: notes of ripe banana and coconut, enhanced by a hint of timut pepper and cocoa. This new limited edition is both fresh and delicious, like an exotic dessert, and takes us to the bountiful lands of Guadeloupe.
