VILANOVA Shed BIO Signature Tourbée #1

Vilanova Shed BIO Signature Tourbée #1 is an intensely peated French single malt with a strong character, capable of satisfying the most demanding connoisseurs.

This small batch is the result of a peated distillate of organic malted barley aged in a combination of six bourbon casks and one white wine cask, then finished in Islay peated whisky casks.

The first edition of the Signature Tourbée collection's name "Shed" pays homage to the sawtooth roofs common to some of Islay's Scottish distilleries, and to the architecture of the Castan farm distillery, which illustrates the label.

From the Isle of Islay, it also takes on the coastal tones, which it transcribes with great accuracy, while remaining faithful to the fruity, rich fragrances typical of the whiskies produced by the Castan distillery.
