This single malt perfectly epxresses the distillery's typical sweet and fruity character. It develops perfectly balanced notes of pear and citrus juice, honey and tropical fruits, with a lingering finish on raisins and spices.
This single malt perfectly epxresses the distillery's typical sweet and fruity character. It develops perfectly balanced notes of pear and citrus juice, honey and tropical fruits, with a lingering finish on raisins and spices.
Nose : Lemony and floral. Cut grass, melon and vanille. Apples cooked in molasses. A malty and herbaceous character manifests itself as the fruit gradually disappear.
Palate : Delicate notes of vanilla ice cream and vanilla bean, lemon zeste, melting candy and white flowers, followed by barley and a peppery warmth.
Overall : All the delicacy culminates in a nice finish on buttered banana cake.
