PARKER'S 24 ans Heritage Collection 10th Edition

A Parker’s 24 Year Old distilled in 1990 at the Heaven Hill distillery in Bardstown. This is the tenth edition of the Parker’s Heritage Collection, this time celebrating the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, a law governing whiskey production that imposed a minimum of four years’ ageing, bottling at 100 proof (50% ABV) and production from a single origin. The Parker’s Heritage collection was created in 2007 to honour one of Heaven Hill’s former master distillers, Parker Beam, the man behind Elijah Craig and Evan Williams. Beam suffered from motor neurone disease and since his death in 2017, the funds raised through the collection have been used to finance research into the disease.
