NINKASI Cidre Barrel Aged #03 Pack de 12 x 33cl

This barrel aged cider is the result of a joint effort between Philippe Vernot of La Source du Verger, Alban, the master distiller of Ninkasi and David Hubert, their master brewer. The first one elaborated a gourmet cider made of apples and pears. The second one provided a barrel of Ninkasi Whisky, and the third one had the cider aged in the barrel for five and a half months. During this time in the barrel, the famous Ninkasi Cidre Dry Hoppé, with its rounded and hoppy profile, developed a slight acidity while revealing woody, oxidative notes of stewed apples and yellow fruits.
