LONGMORN 19 ans 2005 1st fill Sherry Butt Symington's Choice Signatory Vintage

This Longmorn, distilled in 2005, was aged for 19 years in first-fill Sherry casks before being bottled at its natural strength of 62.60%. This Speyside single malt offers a generous, fruity profile with aromas of chocolate, hazelnut and apricot.

Longmorn may not have the "tourist reputation" that its sister Strathisla enjoys, but it has nothing to envy it in terms of malt quality. However, Longmorn stands out for its naturally fruity, gourmet character, which is perfectly suited to a bourbon or sherry cask.
