2013 Tamagawa/Kinoshita House in 1845/KYOTO: The brewmaster of Kinoshita Brewery is Philip Harper who comes from England. This brewery is making new fans with its abundant creativity and challenging spirit. Tamagawa is mainly based on the idea of maturation and importance allocated to its remarkable process of transforming the newly brewed sake into aged sake.
1998 Eikun/Saito House in 1895/KYOTO: Saito Brewery has continued to pursue the ultimate flavor for over 125 years by using a large amount of the famous Fushimi Nanai water, the pride of Fushimi. Eikun has been honored by winning awards at the annual Japan Sake Awards for the 14th consecutive year, thanks to his enthusiasm and patience.
1990 Kizakura/ Kizakura House in 1925/ KYOTO: His advanced techniques have won awards in many competitions, and they lay the foundation for making products accessible to all.
