1995 Aoi Tsuru/Inami House in 1889/HYOGO: A junmai sake carefully brewed for maturation, then stored at low temperature and matured at room temperature.
1983 Iwanoi/Iwasé House in 1723/CHIBA: The 1983 vintage is the oldest of the first edition of the "Inishié no Bishu" series.
