Created by Rémi Boinaud, Hériose combines the Franco-Scottish heritage of its founder with the art of French epicureanism to offer whiskies of rare singularity. This family expertise blends double
distillation in small traditional stills with meticulous aging in bourbon casks. This process, enhanced
by the finest French barley and local water drawn from a depth of 280 meters beneath the distillery, gives rise to a whisky with a truly unique character. Hériose Pineau des Charentes Cask Finish is a smooth and balanced whisky, combining notes of stewed fruits, fruit compote, nuts, and a hint of honey. A product of double maturation, first in bourbon casks, then elevated by a second, lengthy aging of over a year in Pineau des Charentes casks, it stands out with its creamy texture and pâtissier aromas. Its distinctive profile subtly marries spices and fruits, offering a tasting experience that is both indulgent and refined.
