Nose : fresh and fruity. Exciting! Clean, precise aromas of Williams pear and malted barley. The fruitiness intensifies with aromas of orchard fruits, apple and a hint of something aniseedy. Tangy sweets. The barley takes on a more desserty, biscuity aspect here

Palate : full of character! Starting with barley, it grows increasingly more aniseedy and layered. Evocative of the harvest, fields of barley and wheat.

Overall : particularly long-lasting for a 10 years, the hazelnut is still under-ripe and the malt is green.
