GALIBOT Vienna Lager Unitaire

Vienna Lager, of the eponymous style originating in 19th century Vienna and brewed in the purest tradition of bottom fermentation, is distinguished first and foremost by its clear amber colour. The cereal, biscuit and caramel aromas of the malts are accompanied on the palate by a moderate bitterness and notes of white flowers brought out by controlled hopping. Light and thirst-quenching, with a finish reminiscent of toast and a hint of roasted coffee, this is a fine example of an old, balanced and little-known style that should be rediscovered without delay.
