After four years of continuous research and development, stemming from a fruitful alliance between innovation and a rich heritage in the expertise of French sparkling wines and cognac, French Bloom pushes the boundaries of non-alcoholic drinks through its 0.0% wine revelation process. The paradox of French Bloom La Cuvée lies in the complexity of its aromas and flavors, akin to those of a fine sparkling wine at the peak of its maturity, despite being a rather young and alcohol-free wine.
A young French house, established in 2019 and launched in 2021 by Rodolphe Frerejean-Taittinger, its CEO, his American wife Maggie, who contributed to the development of the renowned Michelin Guide worldwide, and his longtime friend Constance Jablonski, a French model with an international career, French Bloom is proud to present La Cuvée Vintage 2022, whose aromas and flavors of great complexity offer a unique tasting experience never before achieved in non-alcoholic wine.
Nose : It immediately reveals a great complexity reminiscent of aged Blanc de Blancs, offering an incredible sheen to aromas of caramelized nuts, candied fruits, dried spices, mocha, and dried apricot, complemented by toasted, vanilla, brioche, and tarte tatin notes with a hint of aniseed on the finish. A very pastry-like ensemble.
Appearance : D’une belle couleur or paille, or intense, tirant sur le vieil or, une bulle fine et élégante avec une belle prise de mousse.
Palate : After a fresh onset, the palate reveals a spherical character, then gives way to a creamy texture with flavors of mirabelle and marmalade, before evolving towards notes of honeyed dried fruits and brioche. Its persistent and intense finish, simultaneously fresh, creamy, and with hints of roasted notes, creates a tasting journey of great complexity and uniqueness.
