Very close to malted barley, it takes us to Fort William to breathe in the yeasty, brioche-like aromas that escape from the distillery's six stainless steel fermentation vats and two Oregon pine fermentation vats. Overflowing with naturalness, it becomes increasingly complex, spicy, floral and fruity.
