This is an 11-year-old peated single malt. The 42 ppm peated Arran Single Malt was placed in ex-bourbon casks for five and a half years, then underwent a long secondary maturation of five and a half years in quarter casks, 115-liter casks.

Heavily Peated

Nose : Nutty, caramel. Orange zest and vanilla. Rich dry smoke.

Palate : Rich and smooth. Mouth-watering and oily. Spicy, cinnamon and citrus. Lots and lots of vanilla and toasted oak.

Overall : Long rich and sweet. Vanilla and peat, dry smoke. Overall, a really enjoyable whisky.
