YELLOWSTONE Rum Cask Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

The Yellowstone Special Finishes Collection is a series of exceptional bourbons. Each “finish” features innovative finishing techniques, using special casks to enrich and complexify the flavors of classic Yellowstone bourbon. Yellowstone Special Finishes Collection Rum Cask bourbon is made from 4-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey in new oak barrels. The bourbon is then matured for a further nine weeks in casks sourced in Havana that have contained rum distilled from Cuban sugarcane molasses.
This process of maturation in rum casks adds spicy notes and tropical sweetness to Yellowstone's classic bourbon profile.
