Nose : Rich and sweet.<br>Typical dessert aromas such as applesauce or baked pears, enhanced by a hint of vanilla, are followed by notes of honey, coffee, caramel, cinnamon and even drier fruits.
Palate : Sweet and spicy.<br>Suave on the palate, the fruity, pastry-like character of the nose is enhanced by beautiful woody and banana notes, as well as a touch of fine saltiness.
Overall : Indulgent.<br>Ever more pastry-like, the palate continues on spices, with a welcome return of vanilla notes.
