The time spent in bourbon casks and new oak barrels gives this expression a slight sweetness, with aromas of vanilla, marshmallow, pineapple and yellow lemon. The palate is elegant, with notes of candy, pine, lemon sorbet, apple and yoghurt cake. The finish is pure and straightforward.
