THOREAU is distinguished by its golden colour with old gold highlights. The nose reveals a very broad, complex and exhilarating aromatic palette. The first aromas reveal greedy notes of crème brûlée, cinnamon and orange blossom. Delicate rose and jasmine petals then mingle with this bewitching bouquet. The palate is strikingly smooth and harmonious. Rich as walnut oil, it reveals an incredible length thanks to its silky and melted texture. The finish is persistent with flavours of dried candied fruit and hazelnut.
