The distillation takes place in handmade copper stills and 2000 casks offer infinite varieties of aging possibilities.
This whiskey is a blend of single malt (20%) and grain (80%) whiskeys, aged first in Bourbon casks and then finished for 6 months in Oloroso sherry casks under the careful attention of The Whistler's Cellar Master.
