Three years after taking over the Eyguebelle distillery, specializing in herbal liqueurs, in 1996, Sylvain Chiron founded the Mont Blanc brewery, not far from Chambéry. Seven years ago, this pioneer of the French brewing renaissance returned to the art of distillation. Since then, at the helm of the Mont Blanc brewery-distillery, driven by the same
commitment to excellence, Sylvain Chiron has already unveiled his first creations, a perfectly balanced London dry gin and a whisky with an exclusive finish in vermouth casks from Maison Dolin. These spirits from Mont Blanc not only bear the name but also use water sourced from the glaciers of Europe's rooftop.
