Nose : Refined, deep. With incredible herbal freshness (cut hay, lime blossom), the first nose reveals beautiful notes of candied citrus fruits (orange, lemon), white mint and coconut milk. Allowed t obreathe, white fruits (peach, peach, apple) release their deliciously sweet juices.

Appearance : Or vif.

Palate : Rich, full-bodied. The lemony, vanilla and menthol attack is fantastically malty. Aromatic plants (verbena, sage) and fresh walnuts then take over the mid-palate. The end of the palate gradually becomes exotic (pineapple, banana).

Overall : Long, elegant. At the start of the finish, peppery and vegetal (bamboo, reed) notes pair wonderfully with vanilla, creamy(custard tart) and tangy (grapefruit) flavours. A blanket of freshly malted barley spreads out across the finish.
