Nose : onctueux, gourmand. Il évoque le pain d’épices que l’on coupe en tranches. Les épices sont d’une douceur inouïe (poivre noir, muscade plus une pointe de coriandre). Il évolue sur la noix et sur la fève de cacao. Plus tard, des notes brûlées et réglissées entrent en jeu.

Overall : résolument pimentée, elle se présente sous un jour plus herbacé et végétal (feuille de tabac, plantes grasses). La confiture de lait et la marmelade précèdent une rétro olfaction particulièrement gourmande (tarte à l’abricot légèrement brûlée). Le verre vide est réglissé et épicé.
