Nose : The nose is marked by a pleasant sweetness, with caramel, butter and crème fraîche. This is followed by dried fruits such as raisins and apricots, and finishes with fresh mineral notes of grass and watercress.
Palate : Warm sherry notes strike the palate immediately, giving a creamy mouthfeel. Lively yet balanced, thanks to delicate notes of stewed fruit. Green and herbaceous mineral notes add complexity.
Overall : While retaining a creamy mouthfeel, notes of caramel and orange emerge slowly - almost like an orange liqueur. Notes of green grass finish, accompanied by a slight spiciness and pepperiness.
