Nose : The virgin cask lets the distillate to express itself fully, with a beautiful freshness, some malty cereal notes as well as a lovely fruitiness on apples and pears.
Palate : Round and smooth, the palate evokes candied fruits (sultana raisins and apricots), followed by some delicate spices brought by the oak (vanilla, cinnamon).
Overall : Some spice livens the tasting in the finish, on some honeyed malt.
