Nose : Spice and barley. Delicate herbs that precede notes of green banana and grapefruit. The whole is enhanced by notes of hazelnut and marzipan characteristic of the barrels used.
Palate : Sweet perfume of barley, green apple and citrus fruits. Herbaceous and spicy notes mingle with cedar wood notes bringing complexity to the whiskey
Overall : The spicy sweetness gives way to the pot still character balanced by a hint of sherry leading to a cereal finish with toasted oak notes.
