Made from selected French malted barley and brewed on the distillery site, the distillate is obtained by double distillation in a traditional copper still. After an initial ageing in barrels on the continent, this whisky completes its education on a nearby Atlantic island. This beautiful maturation of several months in Oloroso casks offers a perfect marriage between the saline and delicately smoky notes of POINTE BLANCHE and the smoothness of Andalusian wine.
