PINK PEPPER

Pink Pepper Gin is an intense yet rounded gin that continues its aromatic evolution in the glass.

Initial notes of juniper, pink berries and cardamom are followed by notes of cinnamon and two other secret ingredients. The base notes, which bring a warm strength to this spirit, are tonka beans, vanilla and distilled honey.

On the nose, these are the first notes that are prominent - but as the glass warms up, the spicier and sweeter notes are revealed. When ice and tonic are added, the floral notes of honey are highlighted.

Pink Pepper will evolve depending on how it is drunk - but it will always retain its powerful, aromatic heart and spirit. It can be enjoyed neat, served with a quality tonic or as a cocktail.
