LA THÉRIAQUE LIQUEUR DE CAFE CUVEE BELLEVILLE

A micro-distillery based in Montpellier, Thériaque has signed a partnership with a renowned roaster, the Brulerie de Belleville.
This coffee liqueur is atypical in more than one way, especially in its composition.
The coffee comes from the Finca La Folie farm in Guatemala, whose variety is mainly Bourbon. Luis Pedro Zelaya and his team are renowned worldwide and have been included in the most prestigious coffee lists.
One of the specificities of this recipe is also the addition of cascara from the same farm, the dried pulp of the coffee cherry! Finally, the sweetness is provided by an organic grape syrup.
The result? An incredibly complex coffee liqueur with bewitching and powerful scents, of which the cocktail approach with Espresso Martini is only one of the paths that lead to pleasure. Indeed, it also reveals itself on ice or in a pairing with a dash of vanilla ice cream.
