Distilled on the Isle of Orkney in 2007 and aged for over 16 years in an ex-sherry cask, this single cask stands out with its rich, fruity aromas of red berries, dark chocolate, caramel, and a hint of spice.

The Single Malts of Scotland offers a range of vintage Scottish single malts. Each edition is carefully selected from Elixir Distillers’ casks sourced from the six whisky-producing regions of Scotland. Only casks deemed to have reached the required quality and character are bottled under The Single Malts of Scotland name. To preserve their full aroma and character, these whiskies are non-chill filtered and free from added coloring.
