OLAFSSON Icelandic Gin

Distillation: The highest quality wheat alcohol and fresh botanicals mostly harvested in Iceland are distilled in a traditional copper pot still using the single pass method in a single batch, producing a distillate that is highly concentrated in flavour. Native Arctic thyme, birch and mountain lichen give Ólafsson its true Icelandic character. The trio is supported by a classic juniper base, as well as many flowers, herbs, citrus, spices and roots.
