Our “Eaux-de-vie d'Exception” range represents the very best of the Nusbaumer distillery's expertise. They are presented in an amber bottle that protects them from light. The hand-applied wax, in the form of a medallion, of a beautiful intense color is handmade in our workshops. Framboise des Bois is one of the distillery's prestige references, thanks to its atypical production process, which gives it a concentration of aromas with an intense concentration of aromas, with a powerful nose and delicate palate.
The raspberries are macerated in our high-degree Raspberry eau-de-vie for 3 weeks. After distillation, we use Steige spring water to reduce this exceptional product to a degree.
naturally filtered by the Vosges schist, with cold filtration to complete the process. To be enjoyed neat, as an after-dinner drink.
