NUSBAUMER Esprit de Bière

Nusbaumer's Esprit de Bière is an atypical spirit made from distilled beer wort on the lees (brew). After fermentation, this wheat beer called "Weisshefenbier" is left to develop its aromas. It is distilled very slowly because of the foam and in two passes like cognac. It has an elegant nose and a delicate and refined taste on the palate. It is mainly used as a culinary supplement and in the production of sorbets. Esprit de bière has subtle and original aromas of white beer when tasted. It is 40% strength and seduces beer lovers and bartenders alike.
