The 100 Proof series expands with a new grain whisky. This North British whisky, distilled in 2009 and aged in oloroso sherry casks, has been bottled at 57.10%. This richly-styled grain whisky opens with aromas of fig, chocolate and coffee.

The North British distillery, founded in Edinburgh in 1885, is one of Scotland's leading producers of grain whisky. Using corn and unmalted cereals, it supplies the leading brands of blended whisky. Its style is marked by sweet notes of vanilla, caramel and dried fruit. Rarely bottled as single grain, its whisky is revealed through independent editions, highlighting its careful aging.
