Nectarosity is the result of a blend aged mainly in bourbon, American oak and seasoned Paolo Cortado sherry casks specifically selected by Compass Box.
American oak and grain whiskies make Nectarosity an incredibly smooth whisky around notes of vanilla, honey, coconut and caramel, but the use of fruity malts results in a festival of juicy fruity notes.

Nose : Intense and fruity. Citrus honey, poached pears, nectarine and lychee.

Palate : Fruity. A festival of fruit, the same as on the nose, with juicy apricot and pineapple.

Overall : Pastry and long. Caramel, vanilla and butterscotch sauce follow, with a lingering taste of cinnamon brioche.
