The barley, grown locally in the Bordeaux region, gives the whisky Signature an unparalleled authenticity. To perfect its character, this beverage is meticulously aged for 3 years in Bordeaux wine barrels, selected from the finest in the Moon Harbour collection. The cellar masters, granted complete freedom, have blended barrels from various appellations such as Sauternes, Pessac Léognan, and Saint-Emilion, thus creating a balanced single malt with remarkable smoothness.
