MHOBA Pot Stilled High Ester

This rum is made from pure, fresh cane juice from sugar cane grown in the Nkomazi region on the Mhoba sugar estate near the village of Malalane in South Africa. Pot Stilled High Ester Rum is a heavy, aromatic white rum made from the same variety of South African sugar cane as our other rums, but produced using different methods to those used to produce light rums. This involves longer fermentation periods thanks to the addition of 'dunder'.
