"Synergies" Cocktail Menu
With this new ‘Synergies’ menu, we want to explore the sublimation of flavours, isolated and sometimes opposites, when they meet. From that moment on, exploring the world of gastronomy was an obvious next step.
Tasting Menu - 60 €
The Golden Promise offers a tasting menu of 6 tiny drinks cocktails, two of which can be served without alcohol by request, to match the sweet and savoury appetisers specially designed by the ERH restaurant.
5 persons maximum, only available at the bar.
