Nose : Refined and rich. The menthol, peppery and malty first nose immediately opens with notes of vanilla and lemon. Allowed to breathe, these aromas tangle together harmoniously. The aroma palette then becomes more medicinal (ointment, mustard seed).

Appearance : Or vert.

Palate : Ample, elegant. Taking on the spicy character of the nose (pepper, clove), the attack becomes fermentary (mash), syrupy (roasted pineapple, cane sugar) and liquoricey. The mid-palate develops incredibly fresh herbal registers (hay, lucerne).

Overall : Long, creamy. Revealing flavours of coconut, vanilla flan and meringue, the finish is an absolute delight. The remarkably natural after-taste returns to malted territory (green barley, germinating barley). The end of the finish is a subtle combination of lemon and vanilla.
