The result of a history of partnership and collaboration, this triple distilled top distillate is sourced from the renowned Irish distiller Noel Sweeney (Powerscourt Distillery) and has been carefully aged in bourbon casks for 18 years, before being finished in Camus cognac casks exposed to the sea air on Lambay, under the watchful eye of Lambay's Master Blender, Yonael Bernard. The fact that we source directly from the Camus cellar in France ensures that we receive the freshest superior cognac casks for their rich concentration and quality. The art of our ageing ensures that the taste of the wood does not dominate the spirit but rather subtly enhances it, giving it a finesse in the final balance and taste.
